Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the center of Prague near all the attractions and just a stone's throw away from the main square. The hotel rooms were large, comfy, and surprisingly quiet despite our central position. However, the dining options were somewhat limited. The service was outstanding and very helpful, especially thanks to Osty.
My stay at the hotel was superb! The rooms were incredibly spacious and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling street noise. The location was perfect, placing me within easy reach of all the major sights in Prague. However, the 'value for money' aspect may not be the best. Dining was satisfactory but could use some improvement in the variety offered.
For my 60th birthday celebration, my adult son, daughter, and 11-year-old granddaughter and I stayed at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and breezy, but quite dark even during the day without the lights on. The service, including the friendly front desk staff, was kind and welcoming. The location was wonderful, just a few minutes' walk to the Town Hall Square and Charles Bridge, perfect for those wanting to be in the heart of everything. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of delicious choices. However, an extra 140 Euro charge for just a few hours of late checkout felt somewhat steep.
The hotel was slightly smaller than expected from the pictures but definitely still big enough and conveniently located. The rooms, though simply furnished and in need of updating, were massive and easily accommodated the whole family. The reception room led to a very modern bathroom and a very large bedroom. The service was friendly and helpful, with staff willing to assist and even offering to pack breakfast for our early departure flight. The location was ideal right in the city center, just a few steps away from the main square and restaurants, but be prepared for noisy tourists in the area. The dining experience was simple but plentiful, especially in the vaulted cellar. Overall, a good value for money considering the size of the rooms and the central location.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the touristic area, close to the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely view from the 7th floor. However, the street noise could be bothersome at times. The dining experience was good but could use a bit more variety. Overall, a great value for money option in Prague.
For my 60th birthday, my adult son, daughter, and 11-year-old granddaughter stayed at the hotel. The room was extremely small, much smaller than the photos suggested. However, it was like an apartment with an entrance hall, a huge bedroom, and a large bathroom. The room didn't look as nice as it did in the photos.
